Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers outstanding panoramic views, spacious and light rooms. I opted for a room with a separate bedroom for my kids and enjoyed a great sea view with a large balcony to appreciate the scenery. However, the service had some issues with forgotten orders, but the staff was super friendly and even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our Anniversary. The location was superb, just a short walk from the lively town center, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and proximity to attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with a variety of options, though some food was lukewarm. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary facilities for a short stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially standout members like Guiseppe, Matteo, Francesso, Antonio, Elena, Mario, Lucia, and Valeria. The location offered a nice view of the city and Mount Vesuvias, but afternoon sun exposure was limited. The dining was good, albeit small in size, and the self-made fresh orange juice was a highlight. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and convenient, making for an enjoyable stay.
The hotel in Sorrento offers warm rooms with a pleasant garden view, super clean, large bathroom, and a great view. The location in Southern Italy atop a hill provides stunning views of Vesuvius, but guests may face a challenge controlling their air conditioning. The dining experience with a vast selection of food was superb although the Thai dishes were a highlight. A top positive point is the outstanding location with a great-sized pool and plenty of sunbeds, while the downside includes the need for a courtesy bus due to expensive taxis for short commutes.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were some of the best I've ever experienced, spacious, and clean with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at the pool bar restaurant. The location couldn't be better for panoramic views overlooking Sorrento. The dining was exceptional, offering a large selection with a beautiful view. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and offered outstanding panoramic views. The service was incredibly friendly, with staff like Guiseppe, Matteo, Francesso, Antonio, Elena, Mario, Lucia, and Valeria making our stay exceptional. However, there was a slight issue with the service efficiency at times. The location was nice with a pretty view of the city and Mount Vesuvias, though it was a bit crowded. Dining was superb, especially the fresh orange juice maker, and the facilities were top-notch.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable with beautiful views from the extra-large balconies. However, the rooms were a bit too warm, affecting my sleep. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly attentive and helpful. The location was ideal, offering stunning views over Sorrento and the bay of Naples. The dining experience was pleasant, especially with the fresh local fish. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor issues.
The hotel rooms were quite basic and didn't match the online description but eventually got a room after complaining about the delay. The location is convenient, with a short walk to the lively town area offering plenty of dining and shopping options, though walking to other places could be a challenge. The service had its highs and lows, with notable friendly staff but also issues like long wait times and mix-ups in service. The dining experience was varied, with some areas like the poolside serving, while traditional Greek dishes were also on offer.
I couldn't check in until 45 minutes after the designated time, which was a bit of a letdown. On a positive note, the room was awesome, clean, and comfortable, although the air conditioning could be better. The hotel offers good value for money.
