Hilton Sorrento Palace is known for its spacious rooms and generally comfortable accommodations, with some offering excellent views. Guests often mention the enjoyable pool area and the convenience of reaching Sorrento's city center with a walk. The hotel provides a luxury-style breakfast, and while most find it a great choice, a few guests have noted that some rooms felt dark due to limited windows. The breakfast had many options. It was acceptable.
Our electricity kept shorting. It turned off the air and lights. we told the front desk, but they said they were fully booked the first night, then the manager said he would move us and put someone with a late check in there tonight? it was quite the experience.
